About Troy Stowe

Troy Stowe has been one of metro Atlanta's top producing agents in recent years, selling more than $200 million in real estate from Buckhead to North Fulton, where he represents buyers and sellers in such prestigious neighborhoods as Ellard, Country Club of the South, St. Marlo, St. Ives, and Windward. Troy's average sales price is well over $2 million and he specializes in new estate homes of which he has extensive knowledge.

Troy's success in real estate is the product of an enterprising career that began as a sales person for Porsche and BMW. Later, he started a successful printing and advertising company, 808 Images, before turning his attention to real estate sales.

Troy also specializes in the luxury 2nd home market. He is currently partnered with The Premier Property Group, which has a strong presence in the Emerald Coast real estate market. He represents clients in communities such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, & Watersound.

Troy grew up in the small town of Martinsville, VA. After graduating from college in Virginia, he moved to North Carolina where he met his wife, Melissa. Melissa is now a stay-at-home-mom to the couple's two boys, Brandon and Travis, who are passionate about Boy Scouts.
